If you contact Watchful Mind support through WeChat, subsequent communication takes place within the WeChat platform and is subject to WeChat’s own privacy policy and data-processing rules.
For your first message, please avoid sending full medical histories, medical reports, diagnoses, medication information, identity documents, trauma histories or other unnecessary sensitive information.
This website cannot control data storage, transmission or account-security mechanisms within the WeChat platform.
